Picture a field of bright color. Rows of hydrangeas bigger than your head. Bare feet. A colorful hot air balloon floating above. My last senior session of the Summer.
One of my favorite places to wander is Fields of Flowers. A pick your own flower farm on the outskirts of Purcellville. It is a big red barn with a giant sunflower painted at the very top. They have rows and rows of different flowers and I have always wanted to photograph portraits there. Then, sweet Elizabeth wanted Spring like images at the end of Summer. I knew just the place!
Elizabeth is a smart, beautiful, bright eyed soul!
She has a sharp shoot and a very sweet laugh. I had a grand ol’ time prancing around these flower fields with her. Her younger siblings joined her for a few shots and it was sweeter than honey. Then she put on her beautiful floral dress, wiped off her makeup and let down her hair. Enjoy some of my favorite shots from her session!
